The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA), on behalf of the City and County of Sacramento, is embarking on revising the existing housing and community development plan. This 5 Year Consolidated Plan guides the expenditure of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME, Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids (HOPWA) funds in existing low- and moderate-income communities.
