Measure L:  Sacramento Children and youth Health and safety Act 

On July 19, 2022, the Sacramento City Council adopted resolutions calling and giving notice for placement of the Sacramento Children and Youth Heath and Safety Act measure on the ballot for the November 8, 2022 general municipal election, directing the City Attorney to write an impartial analysis, and selecting ballot argument authors.

MEASURE M: REDISTRICTING MAP IMPLEMENTATION

On July 26, 2022, the Sacramento City Council adopted resolutions calling and giving notice for placement of the Redistricting Map Implementation measure on the ballot for the November 8, 2022 general municipal election, directing the City Attorney to write impartial analyst, and selecting ballot argument authors.

MEASURE N: Sacramento Tourism and Economic Development Facilities Update of 2022

On July 26, 2022, the Sacramento City Council adopted resolutions calling and giving notice for placement of the Sacramento Tourism and Economic Development Facilities Update of 2022, measure on the ballot for the November 8, 2022 general municipal election, directing the City Attorney to write impartial analyst, and selecting ballot argument authors.

Measure o: Emergency Shelter and Enforcement Act of 2022

On April 6, 2022, the City Council adopted an ordinance adding Chapter 12.100 to the Sacramento City Code, Relating to Emergency Shelter and Enforcement Act of 2022.

On April 19, 2022, the City Council adopted a resolution calling and giving notice of the placement of this measure on the ballot for the November 8, 2022 Municipal Election.

Update (08/09/2022 @ 10:23 PM) On August 9, 2022, the City Council amended the ordinance adopted on April 6, 2022, called for an impartial analysis, and selected ballot argument authors. (The updates will be posted as soon as they are processed)

The primary argument period opened August 9, 2022 and closes Friday August 12, 2022 at 4:30 PM.
