MEASURE C: SACRAMENTO COMMUNITY STABILIZATION AND FAIR RENT CHARTER AMENDMENT

On Friday, August 14, 2020, the City Council adopted a resolution to place the Sacramento Community Stabilization and Fair Rent Charter Amendment to place this measure on the ballot for the November 3, 2020 election. 

The argument submittal periods for this measure have closed.

On February 20, 2018, the City Clerk's Office received the Notice of Intent to circulate a petition for the purpose of adopting the Sacramento Community Stabilization and Fair Rent Charter Amendment.
