WE ARE ACCEPTING REQUESTS TO ADOPT OR FOSTER BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

With this new process, you will see fewer adoptable pets on the website than normal. Adoptable pets are removed from the website after we have received a certain number of interested parties. Due to the high demand of adoptable pets, we routinely receive multiple requests to adopt shortly after they are posted on the website.

  • The list of adoptable pets are updated every 30 minutes.
  • We cannot guarantee the adoptable pets will still be available when you email us.
  • Pets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • You must have an appointment.

ADOPTION FEES WAIVED FOR MILITARY VETERANS

Adoption fees are waived for any person who presents a current and valid driver's license or identification card with VETERAN printed on it. Each military veteran is allowed one (1) dog or puppy adoption and one (1) cat or kitten adoption every 6 months.  NOTE: This discount does NOT apply to the special adoption fee for high-demand pets.

SPECIAL ADOPTION FEE FOR HIGH-DEMAND PETS

Dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens in high demand may have higher adoption fees. By charging higher fees for those in high demand, this ensures we have funds to provide for animals with special needs or animals with difficulty in finding a home. An adoption counselor will let you know if a special adoption fee applies.
