Agreement to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile number, you agree that the Front Street Animal Shelter may send you text messages (including SMS and MMS). The Front Street Animal Shelter will send you up to fifteen (15) messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by texting the word STOP to phone number 555888. For help, send the word HELP to 555888.

You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect this change.

The Front Street Animal Shelter does not store your personal information. Phone numbers and other information are stored by Simple Texting. Simple Texting's privacy policy can be found at https://simpletexting.com/privacy-policy/.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?
Though the Front Street Animal Shelter will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider.

COUPON INSTRUCTIONS, TERMS & CONDITIONS

Get Your Pet Out of the Shelter Free Coupon
Magnet or emergency card must be presented for fees to be waived. This coupon does not include fees incurred through medical care. For example, if an animal is hit by a car and needs emergency treatment, the owner may be responsible for some or all of the medical costs. This coupon does not apply to animals involved in investigation cases. An owner with a coupon is eligible for one (1) free redemption per calendar year. A particular animal can be redeemed for free with a coupon only once per calendar year, regardless of who presents the coupon. Coupons are only valid at the Front Street Animal Shelter.

• Free ID Tag Coupon -- Magnet does not need to be presented. No appointment needed. Limit one (1) ID tag per year.
• Free Microchip Coupon -- Magnet must be presented. No appointment needed.

Front Street Animal Shelter reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions or discontinue coupons at any time.
