COURT-ORDERED COMMUNITY SERVICE
The Front Street Animal Shelter welcomes a limited number of applicants for our court-ordered community service program. Court-ordered community service volunteers do not work hands-on with the shelter animals. They assist the staff with janitorial duties such as picking up litter, cleaning kennels, bagging dog food, washing dishes, washing laundry, and other tasks as assigned.
-
The Front Street Animal Shelter is not able to accept all applicants for this program.
-
Applicants will need to attend an interview to determine eligibility for this program.
-
All court-ordered community service volunteers are required to abide by all policies of the Front Street Animal Shelter.
-
The shelter has the right to dismiss a volunteer from service at any time and for any reason.

Volunteers that successfully complete their service hours will be given a verification letter for court.
