Criteria for Express Line at the Public Counter
An express lane is available for customers who have requests that are simple in nature. Typically, these are questions that can be handled in 10 minutes or less. The express line is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Services offered through the express line include:
- Project status updates
- Plan re-submittals
- Permit pick-ups
- General questions
