Submittal Requirements

Some projects require building plans that must be reviewed for compliance with applicable codes and ordinances. Here is a breakdown of permit types and whether plan check is required. If plan check submission is required, visit the plan review page for more info.

Here is a handy reference of the types of projects that require plan review. Commercial projects always require plan review. Projects with a valuation $1M or greater must submit their plans electronically.
