Director Hearings

In the interest of keeping our community safe and well during this time, the Community Development Department's Director’s hearings (Design, Preservation and Zoning Administrator), will be held ONLINE until further notice. This allows all director level development projects to continue forward with certainty in these uncertain times.  The hearings will be held using WebEx Webinars and all pertinent hearing information including the hearing link, access user guide, and agenda items are located on the meeting agenda located below in the “AGENDA AND MINUTES” section of this page with the specific hearing date.  We encourage anyone interested in commenting on a project to email the associated project planner at least 24 hours prior to the hearing, so they may facilitate a conversation or potential action prior to the hearing.  You may also join and participate in the hearing by clicking on the associated agenda hearing link or email with the hearing date you wish to attend.   We appreciate everyone’s patience as we navigate through these new waters and will continue to refine our process as needs arises.  Updates will be made on our website as circumstances change.
