Lunch and Learn

Lunch and Learn sessions are typically held at 300 Richards Boulevard between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m. These sessions are to help customers better understand the services and programs offered to streamline the planning or building process. Electronic Plan Check Overview

Want to avoid making a trip to the Public Counter? Bring your lunch and learn how to use Electric Plan Check (EPC). The EPC program enables applicants to submit Portable Document Files (PDF), as an alternative to submitting the required, application, construction drawings, and supportive documentation in the traditional paper form. If you would like to know how to use EPC or need a refresher on how to submit your plans, join us for this overview.
