The Sacramento Fire Department’s Information Technology Division supports field operations and administration by maintaining the existing technology and communications systems and is responsible for future systems planning, implementation, and training. The Fire Department relies heavily on IT and radio communications to manage the Department and provide the necessary incident safety for its Firefighters and the citizens they serve.
