Labor Relations
The Labor Relations Division is responsible for negotiating all City labor agreements, to review all proposed discipline as well as assist, counsel, and/or advise our customers in resolving issues such as: employee rights, labor agreement interpretations, City policy interpretations, etc.
Labor Relations is committed to finding creative ways to meet our customer’s needs that will be a win-win situation for the City of Sacramento and its employees.
