  • Deliver simple and clear ways to get services
  • Provide more services from multiple IT channels
  • Ensure technology Investments are leveraged
  • Open up our IT resources to the public

Project Overview: The City launched a re-engineered website. The new site boasts a fresh, new look and feel, improved navigation, and a functional mobile design, all of which are a part of the City’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality and availability of information and resources.

The project has already begun and is scheduled to be completed by December 2014.

Today’s online customer seeks quick access to information and the ability to find information on their own, 24-hours a day/365 days a year. In an effort to meet these needs, the City has updated the information available on the website, organized the information with the user in mind, and provided more options for customer self-service.

With the mission to better serve our citizens, the new City website delivers online government services conveniently and efficiently, streamline business, and serve as the first and trusted source of information about the City. With the new content management system, staff throughout the City is able to update the website themselves, saving staff time and creating efficiencies.

The total cost of this project including a web design, content management system and staff training was $185,000.
