This passive use park site is in South Sacramento and is the Gateway into the Meadowview Community. The park is a combination of two sites situated on both sides of 24th Street just south of Florin Road.

 This park site totals 7.25 acres. Phase One (open space) was completed in Spring 2007 and consists of 4 acres and has the following amenities:

  • Grass Amphitheater
  • Group Picnic Area
  • Meadows
  • Concrete and Decomposed Granite Walkways
  • Basic Landscaping
  • Drinking Fountain
  • Natural Area

Future phases will include Volleyball Courts, Bocce Court, Park Entry with Seat Walls and Sign, Fitness Stations, Additional Walkways, Tree Grove and additional basic landscaping.
