Aquacise (formerly Water Aerobics) is a low impact pool workout designed to elevate your heartrate, increase flexibility, and build muscle. Each class will combine light aerobic activity with shallow water exercises set to fun music!

Classes are available November – January at North Natomas Aquatics Complex. These classes are Drop-in only, advanced registration is not available. Drop-in classes are $6/class.
