Junior Lifeguard Camp
Junior Lifeguard Camp is a week-long program that provides a foundation of lifeguarding, helping youth prepare for enrollment in an American Red Cross Lifeguard course. Each camp covers the same essential core material of lifeguarding, and each theme week places an additional emphasis on different sets of skill: Water Warriors, CPR Heroes, Emergency Responders and First Aid Champions. Enroll in one, or all four camps, and start building lifeguard skills!
Prerequisites: Participants must be able to swim 25 yards freestyle, tread water for one minute, and swim underwater for 10 feet.
This is a fun camp to spark interest in lifeguarding and improve personal water safety. It is not a lifeguard certification program.
