Connected Caring Café is an opportunity for care partners to explore living fully while caring for someone they love. Over the course of our time together, we will explore what this means by gently examining the places where we hold thoughts and behaviors that don’t serve us.
You will also have an opportunity to learn:
- To identify your feelings and needs
- To communicate more effectively
- To acknowledge and cope with ongoing loss
- To find humor and laughter even in difficult situations
- To care for yourself as deeply as you care for your loved one
