Meet Supervising Dispatcher Tammy Prince

Supervising Dispatcher Tammy Prince was born and raised in Michigan before moving to California as an adult.

Tammy earned an associate’s degree at Folsom Lake College, and a bachelor’s degree at Union Institute & University.

Tammy began her career with the Sacramento Police Department as a pre-hire in Dispatch in April 2000. She was a Communications Training Officer before promoting to Dispatcher III in 2010.

Outside of work, Tammy enjoys running, biking, kayaking, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
