Neighborhood Watch Training Sessions

If everyone participates, Neighborhood Watch can reduce crime and make the neighborhood a safer place. Check each month for our Schedule of Upcoming Neighborhood Watch Training Sessions.

2017 Training Calendar

All of the following training sessions begin at 6:30 p.m. and are in the Hall of Honor, located at the Public Safety Center, 5770 Freeport Blvd. unless otherwise noted.
Ample free parking is available.

September

  • September 19 - Neighborhood Watch 101
  • September 20 - Reporting: Code Enforcement and Crime
  • September 26 - Neighborhood Emergency Training
  • September 27 - Neighborhood Watch 101 (location TBA)

October

  • October 3 - Neighborhood Emergency Training
  • October 4 - Neighborhood Watch 101
  • October 5 - Holiday Safety (1:00-2:30 pm at the Asian Community Center (ACC): 7334 Park City
                             Dr., free parking anywhere in the lot)
  • October 10 - Neighborhood Watch 101 (Cannery Apts)
  • October 11 - Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED)
  • October 24 - Speaker Talks
  • October 25 - Reporting:  Code Enforcement and Crime

November

  • November 7 - Personal and Home Security
  • November 8 - Scams and Schemes
  • November 14 - Neighborhood Watch 101
  • November 15 - Reporting:  Code Enforcement and Crime

 December

  • December 5 - Scams and Schemes
  • December 6 - Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED)
  • December 13 - Neighborhood Emergency Training
