OUTREACH AND ENGAGEMENT

The Sacramento Police Department has moved beyond traditional philosophies of policing and is fully invested in outcomes that improve trust and confidence between the Department and communities it serves. Created in 2017, the Outreach and Engagement Section exists to foster community relationships, strengthen trust and support community partnerships through a collaborative process that benefits all.
