Streetscape improvements to Del Paso Boulevard

Figure 1- November 2013

Project Description

The project constructed a new traffic signal at Colfax Street and Del Paso Boulevard and new curb, gutter, sidewalk, street lighting and landscaping improvements from State Route 160 to Arden Way. This project was a continuation of the streetscape project constructed north of Arden Way in 2006. Similar to its predecessor, it focused on creating a pedestrian friendly environment by promoting increased foot traffic, and in turn stimulating economic development.

Costs and Funding

The total project cost is $4.4 million. Funding is provided by state, federal and local fund sources.
