Project Description

The North 12th Complete Street Project will transform the North 12th Street Corridor from Richards Boulevard to H Street into a Complete Street with installation of a Class IV separated bikeway along the west side of North 12th Street. The project will also include construction of new sidewalks, landscaping, aesthetic improvements, street and pedestrian lighting, and traffic signal improvements.

Costs and Funding

 This project has completed its’ environmental clearance but does not have funding identified to advance into PS&E or construction.

Schedule

The City is currently conducting Final Design and Right-of-Way acquisition. Construction is scheduled to begin Spring 2021.
