PARKING DISCOUNTs and VALIDATIONS for customers

Merchant Validation Program & Application: Participating businesses purchase coupons, worth up to $5 off the price of parking, at a discounted rate. Merchants then offer these coupons to customers who spend $5 or more at their establishment as an incentive to return and enjoy discounted parking at select City-owned garages.

Online Re-order Form: Participating merchants may use this link to easily order validations. Please allow up to 72 hours for the processing of coupons. Once the order is complete, payment and pick-up must be done at the Revenue Division. Orders cannot be mailed or delivered to your business address. Please note that your business must apply and be approved as a participating merchant prior to using this feature.

Special Event Coupons: Is your business holding a special event and you wish to provide paid or discounted parking to your guests? Learn more about available validation options or contact our Special Event Coordinator to customize a parking discount to accommodate your event needs.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

To place a work order for any maintenance or repair requests please contact the Sacramento City 311. Please refer to your lease agreement regarding what type of maintenance or repair work is covered by the City.

RENT PAYMENTS

Monthly rent is due by the 1st of each month. Rent payments not received at the Parking Services Administration or Revenue Office by the 10th of the month may be subject to late fee penalties. Payments mailed and postmarked on the 10th will be considered late if they are not received in the Parking Administration or Revenue Office by the 10th.

Effective January 1, 2015, all leases approved by Council after this date must pay rent via automatic deduction from a valid credit card or debit card. There is no additional fee to for this AutoPay requirement.

Tenants with lease agreements approved prior to January 2015 may continue to make payments by cash, check, cashier's check, or credit card in-person at the Revenue Division or by mail:

AUTOPAY: To pay rent using a valid credit card or debit card, please submit a Credit Card Authorization Form by fax, mail or in-person at the Revenue Division. Deductions will be made on the 5th of each month regardless of weekend or holiday. Fax and mailing information are on the form. For the security of your sensitive credit card information, please do not email completed Credit Card Authorization forms.

To update expired credit and debit cards, please submit a new form prior to the 1st of the month when the next rent payment is due.
