Monthly Parking Information

Parking Accounts

Monthly parking is offered at the following garages (based on availability):

The following private parking garages also offer monthly parking through the Parking Division’s Parking Management Services (based on availability):

As of November 1, 2018, we are accepting applications for available monthly parking at the locations listed below:

  • 18th & W Lot:  $45 per month
  • 19th & W Lot:  $65 per month
  • 1818 L Lofts Reserved Parking: $250 per month

All other parking facilities are at full capacity at this time. You may request to be added to the Waiting List for another location by calling 3-1-1 or by submitting a request online. 

PARKING MAP

Depending on the parking garage, the facility may require the use of a parking access card or the use of the City of Sacramento's Electronic Permit System (ePermit). Information regarding the type of monthly parking access required will be provided upon enrollment.

For parking garages that utilize a parking access card, a Monthly Access Card Application (pdf) should be submitted, please allow four business days to process. There is an initial $10 administrative fee for the access card. There is also a $10 replacement fee for any lost or damaged access cards.

Off-street lots managed by the Parking Services Division require an application to reflect the applicable parking terms and enrollment via the City of Sacramento Electronic Permit System (ePermit). The ePermit system is an electronic system that enrolls a vehicle into a monthly permit program via License Plate Registration. Please make sure that the vehicle's license plate is entered correctly in the ePermit system.

Payments and cancellations must be received prior to the first of each month. Changes or cancellations to monthly accounts at parking garages that require the use of access cards must be made either by submitting a Monthly Parking Change Order Form or in writing. The Monthly Parking Change Order Form is available in an online format and also a fill and print PDF format for your convenience. Changes or cancellations to accounts for Parking Managed facilities are submitted via the ePermit system.

Company accounts must submit requests for changes or cancellations to the account on company letterhead signed by the authorized account designee. Requests for new or replacement cards must also be submitted on company letterhead and signed by the account designee. For security purposes, no changes or requests will be processed without this proper authorization.

Application Procedures

  • To apply in person, visit the Revenue Division at 915 I Street, Room 1214 Sacramento, CA 95814. Please have a completed application and form of payment available during the visit. Please choose a pick-up location for the access card. The access card will be available four business days after the receipt of payment.

  • To apply by mail, completed applications and a $10 administration fee must be accompanied with the first payment. Applications and payments are to be mailed or faxed to:

  • A convenient AutoPay option is available. This service will automatically deduct the monthly charge from your credit or debit card. There is no extra fee for this service. To enroll, please include a completed Credit Card Authorization Form with the application and first month's payment. Your initial payment must also include the $10 administration fee for the access card.

Updates of credit card information may be done by faxing or mailing a Credit Card Authorization Form. For ePermit updates or changes, monthly customers may update the information directly in the system.

Surface Lot Parking

Parking Accounts

Monthly parking at private parking lots is provided (based on availability) via the Parking Division’s Parking Management Services.  Monthly Surface lot parking uses the City of Sacramento's Electronic Permit System (ePermit). The ePermit system is an electronic system that enrolls a vehicle into a monthly permit program via License Plate Registration and does not require a permit to be displayed.  Vehicles not registered under the ePermit system and that are appearing in our system as an unpaid parking space will be subject to a parking citation.

To sign up as a monthly parking permit customer, please complete the ePermit Application (pdf) and submit to ParkingCSR@cityofsacramento.org .

Private Parking lots may require a specific monthly parking application to reflect the applicable parking terms. Monthly Surface Lot parking is sold on a first come basis. Upon successfully opening an account, customers will register a vehicle(s) with the anticipated start date of use. Please make sure that the vehicle's license plate is entered correctly in the ePermit system.

For monthly customers, payments are due prior to the 30th of the preceding month for the upcoming month. AutoPay customers should expect their credit cards to be automatically charged on the 30th of the preceding month for the upcoming month.

Payment and cancellations for monthly parking must be written and submitted prior to the 30th of the month. Changes or cancellations to monthly accounts must be made either by submitting a Monthly Parking Change Order Form or in writing. The Monthly Parking Change Order Form is available as a fill-and-print PDF format for your convenience. Changes or cancellations to accounts for Parking Managed facilities are submitted via the ePermit system.

For security purposes, no changes or requests will be processed without this proper authorization.
