PAY & DISPLAY METERS
Pay & Display meters are available in the form of green meter kiosks located throughout the City. There are currently over 300 installed in select areas that offer the convenience of paying with coins or credit card. Dollar bills are not accepted at these meters.
To use a Pay & Display meter, follow these steps:
PAY WITH CREDIT CARD (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover)

Insert a credit card and follow the prompts on the screen, including when to remove the credit card from the reader.

Locate the two BLUE "add time with card" buttons on the meter.
- Press "Add maximum" to pay for the maximum hours allowed for parking at that location or
- Press "Add time" to choose to pay for a smaller increment of time.
To complete transaction: Press the large GREEN "Print receipt" button.
Please allow a few seconds for your sticker receipt to print. It will come out in the small window located to the right of the "Print receipt" button.
PAY WITH COINS

Insert the number of coins equal to the amount of time you wish to pay for. The meter rate for that meter is posted on the front, below the picture instructions. The amount of time credited on the screen will be reflected as you add coins.

Once the amount of time you wish to park for is reflected on the screen, press the large GREEN "Print receipt" button. Please allow a few seconds for your sticker receipt to print. It will come out in the small window located to the right of the "Print receipt" button.
DISPLAY YOUR RECEIPT
Peel off the removable backing from your receipt. You will notice this backing is sticky. Adhere your receipt to the inside of the vehicle window (either driver or passenger window) that is on the street side by putting the receipt up on the window with the proof of payment information facing out towards the street, then using the sticky backing to tape the receipt to the window. Vehicles failing to display a receipt, regardless if payment was made, may be subject to a citation for failure to show proof of payment.
