Keep Our Waters Clean (KOWC) is sponsored by local water providers, cities and counties in the Sacramento region. Through partnerships with marinas, boat stores and educational outlets along the Sacramento and American Rivers, KOWC educates boaters and recreationalists about clean and safe boating habits, including the use of pumpouts and restrooms.
